1. Shipping Method: Goods Transport

Most orders are dispatched via reputed transport services.

• Door Delivery vs. Godown Delivery: Depending on your location and the transport service available, shipments may be sent for "Door Delivery" or "Self-Collection" from the transporter’s local godown.

• Tracking: Once the goods are dispatched, we will provide you with the LR (Lorry Receipt) number and the transporter’s contact details via WhatsApp or email.

2. Request a Particular Transport

We understand that you may have established accounts or preferred transporters that you trust.

• Custom Requests: You can request a specific transport agency for your delivery.

• How to Specify: Please mention your preferred transporter name and their Ahmedabad booking office details in the "Order Notes" section during checkout, or contact us immediately after placing your order.

• Compatibility: We will do our best to accommodate your request, provided the transporter has a booking office nearby and accepts industrial machinery.

3. Dispatch Timeline

• In-Stock Items: Orders are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation.

• Custom Orders: For products requiring specific modifications (like special seals or motor couplings), dispatch timelines will be communicated individually.

4. Shipping Charges

• To-Pay Basis: Most transport shipments are sent on a "To-Pay" basis, where you pay the freight charges directly to the transporter upon delivery.

• Pre-Paid Shipping: If you prefer to include shipping in your invoice, please contact our sales team for a freight quote before finalizing your payment.

5. Transit Insurance & Damage

• Safe Packaging: We use industry-standard wooden crates or heavy-duty corrugated packaging to prevent transit damage.

• Inspection: Please inspect the external packaging for any signs of damage before signing the LR. If you notice significant damage, mention it on the LR copy and contact us immediately.

Return and Refund Policy

  1. Return Conditions

  We accept returns on standard products within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Condition: The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: The item must be in its original industrial packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protection caps.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or invoice is required for all returns.

  2. Non-Returnable Items

  To ensure the safety and integrity of our equipment, the following cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been installed, wired, or put into operation.

  • Customized or specially manufactured products (e.g., pumps with specific mechanical seal upgrades or custom motor windings).

  • Products damaged due to improper electrical connection or "dry running."

  3. Return Process

  2. Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  3. Inspection: Once we receive your item, our engineering team will inspect it to verify its condition. we will notify you immediately on the status of your return.

  4. Refunds

  If your return is approved:

  • We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer).

  • You will receive the credit within 5-7 working days, depending on your bank's policies.

  5. Warranty & Manufacturing Defects

  If a product is received damaged or fails due to a manufacturing defect:

  • Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Defective items are covered under our Standard Manufacturer Warranty. In such cases, we will provide a repair, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
